HOW TO INSTALL SIMS, ROOMS AND LOTS IN THE GAME:

1. After downloading, if the file is zipped, extract it to access to its content.

2. You will see that it has a folder called Mods, and some separate files.

3. The files that are in the Mods folder should be placed in a folder called MODS, in your Game. It must be located in "This Computer/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ Mods". If you don't have the Mods folder, you can always create one.

4. The separate files that appear in the zipped folder and that are not .package format, must be placed in a folder called TRAY. It must be located in This Computer/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ Tray.

5. Now just enter The Sims 4 and enjoy!!!!
