First I would like to advice you to download the mod No EA Eyelashes mod, that will remove the eyelashes of the Game.

After you download the mod/cc, and extracted it (if they are in ZIP, RAR format) it must be placed in the following folder This computer/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods.
